Location is key to a successful Sukiyaki franchise business. At Sukiyaki, established a rigorous site selection process to ensure that each location is strategically located to provide maximum visibility, traffic and of the appropriate size. The size of a typical Sukiyaki food court location is approximately 400-500 sq. ft while a street front location is around 1200-1600 sq.ft.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
Sukiyaki offers a two-week intensive training program at one of our training centers.
Our highly-skilled operations team will train you, step by step everything you need to know to prepare all the items on our menu – from learning how to make our signature teriyaki sauce to cooking every one of Sukiyaki’s delicious Japanese comfort dishes.
During the 2 week process, you will also be receiving extensive training on how to efficiently and effectively manage your Sukiyaki business. We’ve developed tools and techniques to help you understand the key components to operating a business, such as quality control, customer service, inventory, approved suppliers, purchasing as well as site maintenance and hygiene.
As part of the Sukiyaki family, your marketing and advertising needs will be supported by our marketing team. From menu design to national and local store marketing initiatives, we have developed a library of tools and resources to help you grow your business in your community.
